NetWorks Group 2012 - Current
Lead Full Stack Developer|Creative Director
I joined NetWorks Group in late 2012 as a Developer and Creative Director/Designer after FamilySignal and Aegis Data Security. My first task was to rebrand, restyle, and rebuild (on Drupal) NetWorks Group as a whole (see more here!) in addition to re-establishing the brand in the Ethical Hacking, Managed Services, and Compliance marketplace.
Over the last 2 years (2013-2015) I've handled development direction (Vulnerability Management, Change and Asset Management) while taking the place as full-stack Ruby [on Rails at times] developer with some Python and other exciting languages!
Overall I handle all design direction, creation, marketing, client-side development, internal development, and connecting all of these tasks together to provide a clear direction for NetWorks Group. I also provide consulting for security purposes for the Ethical Hacking and Compliance teams, ranging from tool development to random script development needs, e.g., Enumeration Party.
Contributed insights for all departments into service delivery, business strategy, and general direction whenever possible. I was able to dig further into compliance and secure business processes for NetWorks Group and their clients revolving around PCI, FISMA, HITECH, HIPAA, as well as related standards from lessons learned during Aegis Data Security.
Getting to dip my toes back into the System Administration pond, I maintained and continued development on Ruby codebases for automated configuration backup and encryption among common enterprise IT device types ranging from Juniper Networks, to Palo Alto Networks, to Nortel, for managed services clients.
